Over the years San Lee (The Head Chef) has learned the fine art of Chinese cooking and applies his experiences and art to the China Gate Restaurant. San brings a broad scope of flavors highlighting cuisine from Hunan, Szechwan, Cantonese and Mandarin dishes.
San explains that "the secret to fantastic Chinese food is in the quality and the type of ingredients used to set the tone of flavors for the dish".
