We now offer a delectable selection of box lunches available for any function or occasion. Each box lunch includes a hearty sandwich on our fresh baked bread, a piece of whole fruit, beverage, a giant baked cookie and a side dish (applesauce, carrot sticks, salads). Available daily from 9am-2:30pm. Selection includes:
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast: Roasted here daily at the bakery. Sliced thin with bacon and smoked Gouda cheese on Country French. Grilled upon asking.
Chez Pascale: Oven roasted tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and roasted eggplant with extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper and fresh basil on Panini.
The Cuban: Fresh roasted pork with thinly sliced ham, Genoa salami, Swiss cheese, dill pickles and mustard.
Santa Fe: Chicken breast, avocado, oven roasted tomato, cilantro, and Swiss cheese.
Not your average Ruben: Sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on our wholegrain rye bread with a little Russian dressing. Brushed with olive oil and grilled. Not kosher…but damn good!
Turkey Terrific: Oven roasted turkey breast with cranberry relish and Hellmann’s mayo with house made herb stuffing on wholegrain bread
Tune a Tuna: Albacore tuna with a little bit of celery, not too much pickle, and Hellmann’s mayo. Add a little sea salt and black pepper. Served on wholegrain bread with some cheddar
The Egg man: Chunky egg salad, no olives, but you can add them if they tickle your fancy. Served on Country French with field greens.
Muffuletta: A New Orleans staple. Thinly sliced Genoa salami, baked ham, mozzarella, provolone, heaped with green olives, carrots, capers, fresh garlic, celery, onion and oregano. This recipe is from Central Grocery straight from New Orleans.
Ibe Scribe: Thick gourmet portabella mushrooms roasted to perfection, red pepper and zucchini with goat cheese and alfalfa sprouts served up on Herb focaccia
Fi Fi L’Orange: Fresh baked ham with green apples, imported Brie and a little butter on brioche.
Roast Beef: Roasted daily on premises! Served with field greens, crumbly bleu cheese and tomato on whole wheat bread.
Hammy: Baked ham and roasted pineapple slices on French Brioche with Swiss cheese, mango chutney and sprouts.
The Florist: Roast pork with a hint of barbecue sauce, dill pickles and bread on the side.
My Favorite Sandwich: Pick one or two meats, a cheese and veggies and we’ll serve it up on a bread of your choice.
